The 304 Stainless Steel Double Press-Fit Union Offset, commonly known as a Serviceable Cross-Over Bend or Union Jump-Over Fitting, is an advanced pipe fitting designed to solve complex pipeline crossing challenges while providing a serviceable disconnection point for easy maintenance and system modifications.

Manufactured from premium 304 stainless steel, it offers exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and structural integrity, making it suitable for critical applications in commercial, industrial, and institutional piping systems.

This innovative fitting combines two key functionalities in one unit:

Offset/U-Bend Design: Its pre-formed arched shape allows one pipe to safely and neatly "crossover" another pipe or obstacle within confined spaces.

Union Joint Integration: It incorporates a union connection (featuring a union nut and sealing gasket) at one end of the offset section. This allows the entire crossover assembly or the connected branch line to be easily disconnected without cutting the main press-fit pipes or disturbing other permanent joints.

The fitting features a double press-fit connection on one end and a union joint on the other end of the offset bend, providing unmatched flexibility for installation, future access, and system servicing.
